John Mobley received his Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy from Roanoke College. He attended Charlotte School of Law where he graduated in the top eight percent of his class, receiving magna cum laude honors. At graduation he also received special distinctions for completing the Criminal Advocacy Program, which focused on North Carolina specific criminal representation. During law school, he was selected for and participated in the Criminal Justice Clinic, where he represented indigent clients charged with criminal offenses.

While enrolled in law school, Mr. Mobley interned with multiple criminal defense and personal injury firms where he gained experience and knowledge on how to successfully achieve the best outcome for clients charged with a crime or injured in an accident.
