Justin C. Olsinski, Esq.

Criminal Law

Mr. Olsinski received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and History from Indiana University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta social fraternity and the National Scholars Honor Society. He attended Hofstra University School of Law, where he graduated in the top half of his class. At Hofstra, he participated in the Criminal Justice Clinic, worked for a prominent criminal defense attorney and worked for The Legal Aid Society of Nassau County. Mr. Olsinski has completed a ten-day intensive seminar emphasizing effective trial advocacy techniques. He is admitted to practice in federal court.

Mr. Olsinski is married and his wife is also an attorney who practices personal injury law. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing with his dog, golfing, and watching sports.
